This course runs over ten weeks. Its suitable for everyone regardless of age and physical fitness. Our class sizes are small to ensure you get the best out of each session. Classes run over 90 minutes giving you plenty of time to relax. Our studio is well equipped so there is no need for you to bring a thing. Students missing up to two classes in the term are most welcome to do make up classes in other time slots.
