An immersive Yoga experience on an island off the Pilbara coast of Western Australia. Begin and end each day in Yoga where the sun rises and sets into the Indian Ocean.
A wilderness adventure retreat on a small coral island. Practice yoga then swim, snorkel, kayak, whale watch or simply relax in a unique, remote setting.

What’s Included?
Small plane taking off to NPYR’s Yoga Adventure on the Mackerel Islands, Pilbara north coast Western Austalia
*5 nights beach front accommodation
*3 yoga sessions per day
*Small plane (optional) or ferry transfer to and from the island

Logistics
Being a remote location, there are only two ways to get onto the island by plane or ferry.
FERRY - leaves Onslow with free transfer to and from airport to ferry (booking essential, $120 return)
Small plane - we charter a plane that departs Learmonth airport (Exmouth). The additional cost is $520 return.
You get yourself to Exmouth (small plane) or Onslow (ferry) at your leisure and your cost. We will organise your ferry or small plane charter and take it from there.
Previously, we’ve had people drive from Perth to Exmouth. There’s a locked carpark within the airport’s secure facility. It’s a great time of year to explore this region before or after the retreat. Others have flown into either Onslow or Exmouth airports.
On the island, there is a ‘shop’ stocked with essential items only (that’s milk, sunscreen and beer). Don’t worry; we’ve done this before and know what supplies you need. Read on …
NPYR organise a vegetarian menu and will address any specific dietary requirements and special needs.
We order the supplies, which are delivered to your cabin upon arrival.
The cabins are well appointed with all the necessities for a relaxing time.
