Booking a class is three short steps

Buy a class or a package, choose your day and time, and you're on the mat. Here's exactly how it works — and how to avoid the one snag that trips people up.

Three steps to your first class

Already practising elsewhere, or coming back after a break? This is your path in.

Buy a class or package

Choose a single class or a package below. You'll get a confirmation email straight away — it holds a unique redeem code you'll need in step 2.

Schedule your day & time

Open the booking page, pick a class type and time that suits you, and book it like an appointment. Enter your redeem code at checkout.

Arrive and practise

Come a few minutes early for your first visit. Mats and props are here — bring yourself and comfortable clothes.

The one thing to remember: enter your redeem code when you schedule. Skip it and the system will ask you to pay again. The code is in your step-1 confirmation email — keep it handy.

Which class?

Three levels, one method

Not sure where to begin? Foundation is where almost everyone starts.

Foundation

60 min

Where the practice begins. New students learn the fundamental standing poses, forward bends and balances of Iyengar Yoga with close, individual attention.

Developing

75 min

For students who've completed Foundation, or who bring prior yoga experience. Sequences lengthen. The enquiry into the subject deepens.

Established

90 min

For an established practice. Longer sequences. Inversions, backbends, pranayama. Attention moves from the outer body inward — from doing, toward observing.

Optional, but worth it
