As a yoga practitioner, you are already familiar with the precision and alignment-focused teachings that distinguish Iyengar practice.

These sessions invite you to broaden your appreciation of how its achieved. Working within a maximum of 9 practitioners each session will consider the underlying principles of Iyengar yoga teaching. For more information see here
