We’ll focus on how to unlock tight shoulders and necks.
This intensive will consider functional anatomy and how to sequence poses, using props to achieve pain relief and structural stability/mobility.
Ann has over 25+yrs in Iyengar Yoga and holds a Sports Science degree, so you can rest assured you’re in professional and ‘safe’ hands.
